Anniversary Party June 30th at BIR

On June 30th we will be having a celebration for the 50th Anniversary of Donnybrooke/BIR and also the 65th Anniversary of Land O’ Lakes Region SCCA.

The celebration will be centered on an evening dinner for the SCCA/Vintage races that weekend. Dick Roe will be one of the special speakers. Dick will share stories of racing within LOL and also speak about his involvement in saving the track as an owner, re-launching the track as Brainerd International Raceway.

We plan to have other guest speakers and would love to “Pass the Mic” around to other drivers and volunteers to share stories about their experiences at our much beloved home track.

There will also be a display of vintage Donnybrooke and BIR artwork and memorabilia. A video presentation of LOL’s expansive collection of racing images will be shown. Most of these images have never been seen by anyone except the original photographers.
