DESCRIPTION:Come join us for our November rallycross event at Cedar Falls Motorsports Park  This property offers good drainage to minimize the possibility of major mud as the soil has a lot of sand in it\, making for constantly changing surface conditions.  We’ve got nearly 12 acres to work with and will be running two separate courses. \nRegistration fee is $35 for SCCA members and $50 for non-members. \nEvent day schedule: \n8:00AM-9:30AM – Tech inspection \n8:00AM-9:30AM – Registration \n9:30 AM – MANDATORY driver’s meeting \n10 AM – First car on course \nIf this is your first event\, we highly recommend that you arrive at 8 AM.  You should also read this rallycross novice guide for lots of useful information \n\nRegistration for SCCA members is $35.  Registration for non members is $50. \n\nRegistration accepted online and the day of the event.\nA valid\, state-issued driver’s license is required for participation.\nAll drivers under 18 years old must have a Minor Release and Waiver signed by BOTH parents or guardians on file or completed on the day of the event. Please consult the SCCA Solo Rulebook section 3.1 and the beginning of Appendix A.\nAll vehicles must pass safety inspection on the following points prior to running: working seat belts\, throttle return action\, secure battery\, no oil or antifreeze leaks\, adequate brake pedal\, tire condition\, tie-rods\, and wheel bearings.\nAll loose items\, snap-on hubcaps\, detachable fender skirts\, speaker boxes\, center caps\, and trim rings must be removed.\nClosed toe shoes are required (no sandals or flip-flops) while driving.\nHelmets are required (list of approved certifications)\, we do have limited loaners available.  If you don’t know the rating of your helmet you can look inside for a sticker\, just may need to pull back some of the padding to locate the sticker. If you want to purchase a helmet you can look online at places like Pegasus Auto Racing Supplies.\nAll adults present in the event site (whether they are participating or not) will need to sign the waiver when they arrive on site.\nAll minors must have a signed waiver.  If there are 2 parents/legal guardians they both need to either sign this waiver while being witnessed by registration or have a notary sign this waiver (must be printed in color) stating they witnessed the signature.  If a parent/legal guardian has sole custody\, the Affidavit of Sole Custody must accompany the minor waiver. SUMMARY:2018 SCCA Time Trials Nationals
DESCRIPTION:2018 will mark the inaugural SCCA Time Trial Nationals event. \nThe 3-day event will take place Sept. 28-30 at NCM Motorsports Park in Bowling Green\, Kentucky\, and will open with track lapping sessions for testing\, practice\, or licensing and finish up with a point-to-point competition \nDay 2 of TT Nationals will open with 20-minute timed lapping sessions\, followed by more point-to-point events in the afternoon. The final day of TT Nationals\, NCM Motorsports Park will have both timed lapping sessions and point-to-point runs. \nThis event aims to establish SCCA as the leader in amateur Time Trials competition in the United States and generate an event format for the TT Nationals that can be adopted in whole or parts by regions for their TT events. \nCurrent partners with the SCCA for the TT Nationals are Mobil 1\, Koni\, Hawk and the NCM Motorsports Park. \nIn addition to on-track competition\, there will be comradery and plenty of extracurricular social activities. \nRegistration for the 2018 SCCA Time Trials Nationals should be open on or about April 1\, along with a finalized set of rules and schedule.

SUMMARY:2018 SCCA Tire Rack Solo Nationals
DESCRIPTION:The SCCA Autocross National Championship – known as “Solo Nationals” – is where more than 1\,200 autocrossers come from across the country to compete and meet in one of the largest motorsports gatherings on the planet and the premier SCCA® autocross competition and social event of the year. \nTo crown a national champion in each class\, drivers get three runs each on two different courses with the fastest times from each course combined for the official results. This magnitude of drivers and runs takes four days to complete with half of the drivers running on Tuesday/Wednesday of the week and the other half running Thursday/Friday. Along the way drivers\, friends\, and crew enjoy a welcome party\, tailgating late into the night a practice course and two awards banquets. \nFor the autocrosser serious about speed or socializing\, the SCCA Solo Nationals is the ultimate destination. \nMost recently Solo Nationals calls Lincoln\, Nebraska home\, but it has more than forty-five years of history and multiple locations where many have come to hang out with fellow autocrossers and compete for a coveted “jacket” which signifies a national champion.
