DESCRIPTION:  \n \n  \nHello\, and thank you for your interest in our first ever CenDiv virtual Spring Training. We thank you for taking time out of your Saturday to join us. While this isn’t how we wanted to get together\, as the SCCA National Convention showed\, it can be fun and informative-just different. \nWe will begin on Saturday\, March 20 at 8:00AM\, with a general session for everyone\, that will include updates from us\, an update on 2022 Spring Training from Paula Spencer\, and a presentation from Chris Robbins from the national staff. \nAround 9:30ish (not time certain)\, we will separate into different “rooms”: F&C\, Registration\, Tech\, Timing & Scoring\, Stewards\, Solo (including a solo safety steward training from Aruch)\, and Track Days/Trials. The CenDiv\, Inc. board meeting (open to all) will begin at Noon in it’s own room. If there is a desire for any more rooms\, please let Kevin know at kcoulter@comcast.net by Wednesday night. Note that you can change what room you are in whenever you would like. We anticipate most sessions will be done by Noon. \nThe Zoom connection information is at the end of this message. DESCRIPTION:SCCA Milwaukee Region Presents \nRoads Scamper Divisional Tour Road Rally \nSunday\, June 9\, 2019 \nJoin your fellow RoadRally enthusiasts for this 120 mile time-speed-distance Divisional Tour RoadRally in the beautiful Wisconsin countryside.  You and your rally partner will enjoy a scenic rally adventure through the marvelous country roads north of Madison\, Wisconsin.  This rally will use the new Richta GPS autonomous checkpoint app.  Contestants will download the app to their smartphone in advance of the rally.  During the rally this app will use the GPS signals and automatically record your arrival time at each checkpoint and then display your score to you!!  No more waiting until the rally is over to find out how you did.  A bonus feature of this Richta GPS checkpoint system is that we can provide you with many more checkpoints and more challenging checkpoint locations.  Expect close to 100 checkpoints in this 120 mile rally. DESCRIPTION:Chicago Region SCCA\, along with the Blackhawk Valley and Milwaukee regions\, invites you to come on a backroads adventure.  Part of the GOATS (Get Out and Tour Series)\, this event will provide participants with an exciting drive. The route covers approximately 150 miles with stops at a cheese factory and a winery planned. The tour will end at The Firehouse Pub in Roscoe\, Ill.\, where you can have a drink\, share some stories and spend time with friends over a pleasant mid-afternoon lunch from the restaurant’s varied menu. The three regions hope to see you on the tour\, to share camaraderie and the joy of backroads driving. \nEntry fee is $7 for SCCA members and $10 for nonmembers. As in recent tours\, the start point will be at Loves Truck Court\, Roscoe\, Ill.\, at Rockton Road and I-90. Registration opens at 9:00 a.m.; drivers meeting at 9:45. DESCRIPTION:The Chicago Region invites you to come out and enjoy another backroads tour as part of G.O.A.T.S. (Get Out And Tour Series).  On Saturday\, May 20\, 2017 the tour\, a two and a half hour\, 115 mile drive is planned to begin in the Rockton IL. area\, and head out on some of the best driving roads in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin.  The tour has planned stops at a cheese factory\, Botham Vineyards\, and then to the New Glarus Brewing Co. for a picnic lunch.\n\nBotham Vineyards\, long favored for their signature brand of Wisconsin hospitality and regionally distinctive wines is one of the oldest and most widely acclaimed Wisconsin wineries.  It’s impossible not to be drawn to the peaceful serenity of the vineyard.
