A mandatory classroom for all participants on a Novice Permit will be held Thursday evening, 04/11/2019

Friday is a full day of on-track sessions with another mandatory but short classroom session on Friday evening, 04/12/2019.

Saturday morning, 04/13/2019, will have practice starts and a short race.  After the race is completed, sign-offs will occur on the Novice Permits.
