2019 Spring Training – Hotel Information

The dates of training are Saturday and Sunday March 16-17, 2019 (Stewards only on Sunday at this time, subject to change). The hotel has again offered a direct online link to the event in order to assist you in making a

You must use this link to reserve online as the regular Best Western website will not honor the group rate. If you prefer you may call the hotel directly and identify yourself as part of the “Sports Car Club” or offer the group ID #X73CM8U8.

The rate is $97.00 per night plus taxes and incidentals; King or 2 Queens for 1-2 people.
Additional guests are $10.00 per night, per person plus tax.

The room block expires on February 15, 2019. After that date if there are still rooms available, the hotel may honor the contracted rate at their total discretion.

Everyone should use this system, as a major credit card will be required to secure the reservation and cover incidentals. Any adjustments will be made by the Division at a later date.

We are anticipating opening MSR for event registration at the end of January 2019 following the National Convention.
